In the evening, visit Vishwanath Temple, a sacred shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva, which shares a resemblance with the Kedarnath Temple.

Vishwanath Temple: It is believed that Lord Shiva proposed to Goddess Parvati here, and their divine marriage took place at Trijuginarayan Temple.

Start early at 5:30 AM and drive to Sonprayag, the last motorable point before Gaurikund.

From Sonprayag, take a local vehicle to Gaurikund, the base camp for the Kedarnath trek.

Begin the 17 km trek to Kedarnath. Ponies and Dolis are available on rent for those who need assistance.

Upon arrival at Kedarnath, check in at your guesthouse/hotel and freshen up.

Visit Kedarnath Temple, pay homage to Nandi Bull, and take part in the evening Aarti at the temple.
